About
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who are struggling with a wide range of symptoms including ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental difficulties, autism spectrum challenges, depression, anxiety, or substance use issues. Many of my clients have been struggling with adjusting to a life change, such as grief/loss, or a change in family dynamics.
I provide individual, family, and group therapy. I lead several groups for young men, adolescents, and children who struggle with challenges such as Aspergers, Autism, and Social Anxiety. These groups create a space of acceptance, allowing members to feel safe while strengthening interpersonal skills.
Building healthy relationships and strong connections with friends and family is hard work. I believe my services can help support you with this life journey. If your wanting to become a Registered Play Therapist I am happy to provide supervision to a limited number of therapist.
