I am an experienced Clinical Social Worker whose work is heavily rooted in trauma-informed care. I specialize in CBT with elements of TF-CBT, Mindfulness, and IFS as needed. If you are struggling with your important relationships or wanting to break the patterns you've been stuck in, I would love to help you level up your life.
I have experience working with ages 16 to 75+ from diverse backgrounds, with particular focus on trauma, stress management, relationship issues, LGBTQ, anxiety, and depression.
