My therapy style is psychodynamic, meaning that I will help you explore how unconscious beliefs and past relationships influence your functioning in the present. I also use CBT and mindfulness interventions for practical and structured steps towards change.
I specialize in sex therapy and working with the LGBTQIA+ population. I will work with you to address concerns related to sexual and gender identities, coming out, ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, dating, infidelity, desire discrepancies, and performance anxiety. I also treat underlying factors including depression, anxiety, and adjustment.
