We will work to figure out what you value, and then help you set up habits and boundaries that will help you live your values. You will find me to be an accepting and affirming clinician who doesn't pretend to have all the answers. We will discover them together, and find solutions that fit YOU.
First, I listen to you closely. I help clients make concrete behavior changes for steady improvement, and also partner with you to build lasting insight. My specialties are in substance use, addiction, mood and anxiety disorders, and relationships. In addition, if you're sorting through cult or religious related trauma, I have clinical expertise.
