Starting therapy can come with a lot of thoughts and feelings, whether you are simply curious about how it might help or actively looking for support. My goal is to offer a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel respected, heard, and supported throughout our time working together and beyond.
As a Counseling Intern, I support individuals impacted by trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, domestic violence, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and tailored to your unique goals and experiences.
In the past, I have worked as a teacher, school counselor, and as an advocate for survivors of domestic violence. These experiences deepened my understanding of how trauma can affect every part of life. I use CBT, mindfulness, and other strength-based tools, often integrating creativity and your own unique interests in our sessions.
