I see athletes, overachievers, adult men, and smart/sensitive types of all kinds; also ambitious couples & families who want to build better relationships together.
My style is a bit unorthodox. Clients tell me I am direct and unafraid to use humor and irreverence to invite them into the work. I am warm, straightforward, occasionally playful but always respectful and authentic. I love helping people like you find their way forward by building connection, taking action, and maximizing the strengths you already have.
My professional background is in education, entertainment, restaurants, running, and coaching. I do offer mental performance work; as a former jock who really gets athletes I have made athlete mental health my specialty. I also thrive with adult men, overachievers, new dads/husbands, and motivated couples. I am LGBTQ+ affirmative, poly-and kink-supporting.
