Treatment for ADULTS and TEENS struggling with some of the effects of TRAUMA like RELATIONSHIP DIFFICULTIES, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, ANGER MANAGEMENT, and ADDICTION. Ultimately, people come to me in pain or they bring someone to me in pain. Understanding that your pain, your reactions, and your responses to it make sense is a key to finding relief from suffering. If you or someone you love received something unexpected from their life experience and struggle with a "I don't even know where to start." or a "what now?", I am here for you.
I meet my clients where they are at emotionally. This means that I can be very practical at times and impractical at others, vague and metaphorical at times and direct at others, humorous at times and serious at others. I am focused on 1) giving you the space to be all of who you are, and 2) showing compassion to you as you become who you’d like to be.
As a CHILD of loving parents, a BROTHER to 3 siblings, a HUSBAND to a remarkable wife, a FATHER of three precious children, a life-long LEARNER and SURVIVALIST of my life's traumas, I know it can be confusing to know what to do with the circumstances we find ourselves in. I want to help you feel safe, whole, and more capable in your daily living.

I view mental health as being synonymous with emotional security/safety. Emotional security is built brick by brick; experience by experience over the lifetime of an individual. This development occurs within a perceptual context, that, if compassionate pursued with curiosity, can help provide life changing realizations. A functional path to profound peace can be found. Past wounds, can mend.
