About
Developing a deeper understanding about why we do the things we do is an important part of becoming the person we desire to be. Therapy can be an important tool for self discovery and recognizing our problematic patterns. I believe that therapy should meet the individual where they are and the unique set of circumstances that they exist in. I utilize a client-centered therapeutic model, have a specialization in trauma work, expertise in addiction treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, existential therapy, object relations, as well as navigating psychiatry systems (having run a clinic myself).
I feel that therapy is a collaborative process whereby we work together to identify your goals and how we can best utilize the time we spend together to meet them. I have worked extensively with managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief/loss, couples counseling, bi-polar disorder, personality disorders, schizoid disorders, and much more.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have and to see when we can start working towards reaching your goals!
