Struggling with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, self-esteem, life transitions and trauma can be confusing, isolating, and overwhelming. It’s for this reason that I am so passionate about working in these areas - with the right clinician, therapy can be a powerful tool for growth and healing, even when the work feels challenging or uncomfortable. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, safe space where we'll work as a team to explore what healing and support can look like, on your terms.

My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic practices, and person-centered approaches. These frameworks guide our sessions, but I integrate additional methods as needed to ensure therapy remains flexible, culturally responsive, and aligned with your values.

Whether you need support amidst uncertainty, a person to challenge you to grow out of old patterns, or someone to assist you in moving towards a more fulfilling life, we will work together to create a plan which feels both affirming and practical.
