I believe healing happens in the context of safety, curiosity, and genuine human connection. Many of the people I work with have spent years feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or told to “try harder” when their nervous system and brain were simply responding to the world as they learned to survive in it. I believe symptoms—whether they show up as disordered eating, dissociation, sensory overwhelm, or relationship struggles—are adaptive responses, especially in the context of early attachment wounds, neurodivergence, and chronic stress.
I believe therapy should be a place where you don’t have to mask, perform, or explain yourself.
I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, adoption and early attachment trauma, dissociation, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming, relational therapy and utilize somatic and parts-based approaches to support nervous system regulation, reduce masking, and help clients develop a deeper connection to their bodies
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve felt misunderstood or unsafe in past care. You don’t need the right words or a clear plan to begin. If you’re looking for a therapist who moves at your pace, honors your nervous system, and welcomes all parts of you, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to do this by yourself.
