Hello! Over the years, we all have experiences that influence our current view of the world and subsequently our relationships, our behavior, and our survival strategies. Many times we are unaware of the subconscious beliefs and survival pathways that lead us to become stuck in relationship and behavior cycles that are hurtful to ourselves and/or others. In our sessions, we will work together to see, name, and change these patterns through a variety of modalities such as skill building, teaching, writing, discussion, art, and body movement.
