My style is non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate. I tailor the therapy to the individual needs of the client (play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or insight-oriented treatment). I specialize in treating adolescents and adults with a variety of issues, which include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, self-injurious behavior, and trauma.
