Meanwhile, the ups and downs of regular life continue, with loss, rejection, relationship challenges, job stress, and stuckness. In our work together, we will hold space for your full range of feelings and experiences, from the personal to the philosophical. We will aim to integrate your many parts, while bravely confronting tough questions, and putting into practice new behaviors that will move the needle on your life decisions.
I focus on couples, trauma, and working through attachment challenges new and old. With couples, I use emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), an experiential therapy that encourages sitting with deep emotions in the therapy session, while finding helpful resolutions together. I am also trained in EMDR & CPT therapy and enjoy supporting clients with trauma work.
Therapy can provide a much-needed opportunity for reflection and act as a catalyst for change. Through my work with individuals and couples, I aim to help my clients identify stuck points in their narratives, and rewrite the script. Please note for couples, I'm unable to go through insurance. However, for some insurances I am able to provide a superbill.
