My approach to therapy is curious, collaborative, patient, and motivated by change. You are the expert of your own life. While that can feel overwhelming at times, therapy can help you explore your story together by making space to understand where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you want to go. I’m here to listen, offer new perspectives, and support you as you create a life that feels more aligned with your values.
I support adolescents and adults, primarily women, navigating childhood trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and multicultural or bicultural identities. We explore early and current experiences, relationships, and values to understand how they shape your life today and create space for curiosity, compassion, self-understanding, and change.
A therapeutic relationship is built on trust and respect. Your first session is an opportunity to get to know one another, share what brings you to therapy, and explore what you hope to work toward. If you’re wondering whether we’re a good fit, please call our office, Pathway to Inner Healing in Schertz, TX, or email me directly.
