I have a general psychotherapy/counseling practice and I enjoy helping clients to identify their needs and goals and then help them achieve their goals. I like to help people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, interpersonal skills problems, workplace struggles and family issues.
I am specifically able to help teens ages 12 y/o and above, and adults to achieve their goals, and grow as individuals, in the context of their families, relationships and work environments.
I am dedicated to helping my clients solve their immediate and long term problems, reduce their overall stress and then progress in their lives to feel a sense of accomplishment and happiness.
