Therapy is a place where you can ACT OUT LOUD your frustrations and give voice to the troubling thoughts in your head that cause emotional turmoil and hold you back from being your best self. My clients include individuals who struggle with anger, depression, anxiety, sexual identity, behavioral issues, adjustment issues, grief, loss, life transitions and a host of other challenges. I'm also a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS).

Therapy helps you identify potential solutions to problems and improve coping skills. I work with adults and adolescents age 12+ who experience a myriad of issues and concerns and who need a safe space to explore those difficulties. I believe that you can make a positive transition if you are open to self discovery.

My training and experience includes solution-focused and cognitive behavioral approaches, mindfulness techniques, relationship building, and of course expressive arts therapy.
