It has been a privilege to have shared in the lives and the struggles of thousands of people during the last 30 years. All appointments are online telehealth using Zoom, Facetime or Google Meet. Please visit my websites at www.OnlineChristianCounseling.info I work with individual adults and couples. Counseling involves listening, reflecting, analyzing, reframing and desensitizing. Role playing, rehearsal and relaxation training are often used. Healing emotional wounds and restoring damaged relationships are often the goals of psychotherapy.
I have several areas of specialization. I help couples save their marriages by managing anger and improving communication. I help people with individual goals, like managing anxiety, anger, depression, and bi-polar disorder.
I do identify myself as a Christian counselor. I encourage people to meditate on specific psalms and scriptures and to pray. I believe people should try to save marriages. I believe we should study Christ's teachings so we can become more like Him in our thoughts and actions.
