Relationship issues, life transitions or whatever it may be that is on your mind together we will develop a plan and take steps toward achieving your goals. I take a holistic approach and assist clients in understanding themselves better in order to develop to their full potential. It may be focusing on specific coping skills or action steps or it may be exploring thoughts feelings and beliefs and identifying what comes next.
17 years experience, advanced experience working with females using relational approaches. Wellness plans, creative therapy, Therapeutic movement, narrative therapy, CBT,DBT, are just a few areas I am currently working on with clients. Efforts are collaborative and comprehensive. As individuals we are truly the experts in our own lives.
What does Achieving Wellness mean? Counseling with an emphasis on attaining optimum emotional, spiritual and physical well being.
