Using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches and solution-focused therapy, our therapists will work collaboratively with you to develop coping strategies and achieve your desired outcomes.
We provide individual counseling, couples counseling and family therapy. The key to successful therapy lies in the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist.
