I hold an M.D. from the University of Minnesota, and my career has spanned roles as a medical researcher, writer, integrative provider, and now an integrative health and wellness coach. My professional path—and my own personal journey through the healthcare system—have deepened my conviction that health and wellness coaching is the missing link in today’s approach to care. I’ve experienced firsthand the power of looking at health holistically and have seen how combining integrative coaching with lifestyle medicine and behavior change can help people find the physical and emotional wellbeing they long for.
