I use both experiential and academic knowledge to assist folks facing struggles with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, identity development, navigating neurodivergence (ADHD & Autism), relationship issues, chronic pain and illness, substance abuse recovery, LGBTQIA+ issues, sexuality, gender and romanticism, and BPD recovery.
As a neurodivergent, queer, Black woman, it is both passion & purpose that drives my approach. I don't subscribe to a one-size-fits-all narrative and use a trauma-informed, humanistic approach to find best practices to work with you, as an individual. I pull from various theoretical orientations with influences from CBT, DBT and mindfulness based therapies.
