We believe in healing, wholeness, and restoration. Living with eyes wide open means embracing life intentionally, with conscious awareness of what we need to heal, thrive, and live a quality life. True wholeness isn’t perfection—it’s the art of reconnecting with the vessel we call ourselves. It is the integration of mind, body, and soul; the mental, physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual aspects of self. At ACE, we offer an invitation: take the time to rediscover and nurture the gift of you. Only by first caring for yourself can you then share your gifts with the world.

With 16 years of experience and a faith-based worldview, I work with adolescents through older adults to address PTSD and related concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, and relationship challenges. I provide trauma-informed therapeutic interventions, support military populations, and survivors of abuse and trafficking. Through a collaborative, client-centered approach, I help clients reconnect with their spiritual identity, build resilience, and rediscover purpose in a safe, nonjudgmental environment.
