This group is for women 18+. This group dives into what trauma is, how it is experienced, how it shows up in our lives and bodies, and coping skills for the symptoms of trauma. *Group will begin when enrollment is full.* Groups are $30 each plus $60 for the initial intake appointment. Men's Trauma Group
This In-person group for men focuses on psychoeducation of what trauma is, how it shows up in our bodies and lives and coping skills to regulate the wounded nervous system. There is a one time $60 intake fee to enroll for the group if not a current client.

Family Communication Group
The first 8 weeks we will switch off between kids and parents discussing different aspects of their lives they struggle to communicate with each other. You will learn communication skills, boundaries, regulation skills, and how your emotions impact how effectively you can do those things. In the last 4 weeks of the group, both kids and parents come together in an open forum style and spend time utilizing the skills they learned in real-time to create a more cooperative and healthy family dynamic. The goal of using an open forum style is to allow for the normalization of topics.
