We are not individuals who are broken that need to be fixed, we are humans having a human experience and we are constantly in a state of change and transitions that have sometimes served us and sometimes not. I work from a developmental trauma, attachment theory and shame basis of therapy including meeting and nurturing your inner child. I work with individuals & couples in exploring childhood messages, disconnection and current life circumstances as well as anxiety. I work with people on finding their emotions and how to process them. We will work on healing our relationships with ourselves and others and showing up in the world more aligned with our values and authenticity.
