Effective therapy provides open space to explore and understand why we think, feel and do the things we do. We often fall out of balance and become stuck in conflict within. We draw from evidence-based and experiential therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral modalities (DBT and ACT), EMDR, Brainspotting, Imago Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. We work not only with tangible thoughts, feelings and behaviors, but also dive deeper into the subcortical and somatic levels where pain is often rooted and prefers to hide.
Taking steps toward change requires courage. Courage to accept vulnerability and the willingness to learn and practice new ways of living.
