After retiring from the military with over 21 years in service, I completed my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. I wanted to help others discover their own potential in living a fulfilling, joyful life. I believe in empowering the whole person through Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the connection of mind, body, and spirit.
While I have worked with a variety of issues through individual sessions and leading groups at Focus, my specialties include trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, and mood disorders.
