I don’t have an ideal client, but I do have groups of people and issues that I hone myself on. A huge focus of mine is that of identity issues and acceptance. As a queer therapist I deeply understand the struggles of gender identity. The issue of identity goes into many different aspects of an individual, and I largely focus on self acceptance and the exploration of identity, as well as how self acceptance can allow a person to grow and flourish.
I specialize in therapy geared towards the LGBTQIA community, with a large focus on self acceptance and the exploration of identity. I am extremely passionate about trauma-informed therapy as well. I am counting my clinical training in a private practice geared towards complex trauma.
I know how hard it is to find your identity and sometimes how much harder accepting it can be. I am here to listen, to talk and to understand. I am determined to make every client feel validated and heard. You will never just be a number. Please feel free to reach out for free consultation.
