I work with various therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also use other evidenced-based interventions including Motivational Interviewing (MI) and mindfulness-based practices to best address the needs of each client.
I am passionate about working with clients experiencing life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, communication challenges, and relationship issues.
