Counseling is an individual process where a person's needs are identified and the therapeutic approach is uniquely designed to facilitate growth toward a happy, safe, and healthy lifestyle. I am experienced in providing mental health and/or addiction counseling services for adults. I also provide sex therapy counseling for individuals and couples seeking a better understanding of their own sexuality and with their partner. Lastly, I am certified in EMDR therapy to help those wanting to work through difficult life experiences.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) with a certification from NAADAC as a Masters level Addiction Counselor. I am also certified as a Sex Therapist through AASECT and EMDR through EMDRIA.
