I specialize in working with individuals struggling with intense emotions. I am certified in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and have successfully helped people learn to manage their emotions and find joy in their lives. I would like to help you find more joy and contentment in your life.
I have trained in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing. and pro-longed exposure. ACT helps people find purpose in their lives, motivational interviewing helps motivate those who feel "stuck" and pro-longed exposure therapy helps those suffering the effects of trauma or abuse. I tailor the therapy to the individual and situation.
