What if your own worst thoughts weren't the enemy? What if nothing needs to be removed? My ideal client is someone who is working through some of the hardest phases of their life, someone who might be: going through a faith transition - receiving a new diagnosis - losing a job - suffering due to trauma - parenting a child with a disability - managing increasing anxiety or depression. I want to help increase the amount of space you have to live in. Often when our worlds crumble apart, it feels like we are confined to these small, unlivable corners. My goal is to help expand those spaces so you can move towards what matters.
I will not judge you or give you advice. I will listen to you, nonjudgmentally, and offer you some strategies to help change your relationship with your challenging thoughts and emotions. I have expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and am passionate about helping my clients live rich, full, and meaningful lives.
The times we live in are uncertain, volatile, and complex. We are all doing the best we can right now. No matter where you've been in your life - I am here to support you.
