Every individual and their life challenges are unique. Consequently, there is not a distinct therapeutic approach which works for everyone. Accordingly, I cater my style to fit with my clients’ personalities, life circumstances and goals. I utilize a variety of therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamics, and ACT.
