I walk along side my clients to help them develop targeted tools to manage difficult emotions and behaviors. My goal is to empower my clients to boldly believe in themselves, so they can overcome any obstacle they may face.
Depression and anxiety do not discriminate. They can hit without warning, which may feel like you've been put through the wringer. Discovering your triggers and developing coping skills and a strong support system will help you recover from these very common problems.
In my estimation, low self-esteem is an unspoken epidemic. It is often fueled by adverse childhood experiences that were filled with fear, judgments, and criticisms. As such, you are probably the first one to criticize yourself. My goal is to help my clients recognize their true value and worth.
