I focus on altering self-defeating ways, gaining perspective, and increasing insight that leads to change. The result is an improved quality of life.
I have training and experience helping individuals with issues including depression, anxiety, relationship/family problems, anger management, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, PTSD, mood disorders, and adjustment disorders. I also utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help clients achieve rapid results with most any issue.
