In my therapeutic setting, it is essential that the space I offer is used to best meet my clients' individual needs. I am committed to creating an environment where my clients feel empowered to focus treatment on their desired areas of therapy, as we collaborate with one another to create an individual treatment plan. My role will be used to hold a space for my clients to be heard and to empower the client in working towards their self-identified goals. I utilize a person-centered approach, as well as encourage clients to explore mindfulness techniques that ultimately allow for increased sense of center and presence.
My services include individual, couples, and family therapy. I also have background in FBMHS, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. Throughout my time clinically, I have experience working with clients who have eating disorders, anxiety, depression, behavioral conflicts, substance and alcohol addictions, self harming behaviors, and self esteem struggles.
I feel that it is incredibly important for everyone to feel as though there is space for their thoughts, feelings, wants and needs. I work with clients 14 years old and up. I am hoping that I can provide this opportunity in sharing for you and look forward to beginning with you!
