About
If you are interested in services please complete the Client Information Form on my website. This very quickly helps us see if the basics match or send an email for a response. Collaborative problem solving, shared stories, practice and a desire for change can open up new pathways in life. I use a combination of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Social Thinking and Family Systems. While history is important, most of the work I do is present and future focused. A full range of counseling services are offered. I enjoy helping people navigate life transitions and helping people find ways to improve themselves.
Please note, MA insurance plans through the Health Connector are not accepted. Unfortunately, even if the insurance name is listed as being accepted on my listing, those plans have a different provider group.
I am providing only Telehealth Services.
