I am trained in EMDR, Theraplay for kids, Family Systems Trauma, Prepare Enrich, Pre-marital Counseling, Gottman for couples, and the Grief Recovery Method.
I will work collaboratively with you, your child, your family and or your spouse to set goals for treatment and use treatment approaches specific to your presenting concern. I have experience helping people of all ages, ethnicities and life challenges (developmental, emotional and mental) find hope, joy, and an improved life.
