We live in a hurting world and life is often complicated and painful. Thankfully we do not have to face our problems alone. I have 16 years of experience of walking with clients through painful situations. Drawing on my clinical skills and my faith in Christ, I help clients deal with issues of anxiety, depression, past trauma, and many other areas affecting their mental health.
For many years I have worked with folks from many different cultures and backgrounds, on a range of issues. I use several different techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. , Adlerian, and Family Systems.
