I have over 19 years of experience working in the mental health field. I use a person-centered, holistic, multicultural, and integrative approach in treatment. This means I begin where you are and tailor the treatment approach to your needs while being sensitive to how your individual culture identifies and lifestyle choices that impact your experience.
I believe that my clients are the experts of their own lives. I stress autonomy and will try to avoid pressuring you or making you feel uncomfortable.
