My passion for helping others has guided my diverse career in counseling, where I have held various positions aimed at supporting individuals and families in need. Throughout my career, I have seen that therapy can transform people's lives for the better. I have years of experience working with children, teenagers, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, addiction, incarcerated individuals, trauma, OCD, women's issues, racial issues, and other life stressors. My clinical approach combines empathy, advocacy, and evidence-based practices to empower individuals on their journey towards healing and growth.
