I believe in the human capacity for change, healing, and growth. My specialties include serving people who have experienced trauma in their lives. I also specialize in treating people with OCD and Anxiety Disorders. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, but I have advanced training in EMDR for trauma, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I-CBT to treat OCD. Through a client-centered framework I assist people in finding the insight, courage, and strength to make positive, lasting changes in their lives.
My approach to therapy is client centered and starts by identifying individual strengths and supports. I utilize a therapeutic approach that is eclectic and focuses on developing positive coping skills and creating healthier relationships with self and others.
I am currently only working with older teens and adults. I am trained as an EMDR therapist. I really enjoy working with people with OCD and anxiety disorders.
