As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, my focus is on helping adolescents and adults navigate the complexities of life, whether it’s dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or adjusting to new phases of life. With experience in both outpatient services and the school system, I offer a comprehensive approach to therapy that empowers my clients. I’m passionate about helping you gain awareness of patterns in your life and finding ways to adapt to your current needs.
In working with clients, cognitive processing therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and person-centered are my main models of choice. I also incorporate concepts of multiple theories of practice, dependent upon the individualized needs of the client.
