I mainly work with teenagers and adults by utilizing DBT and ACT to help provide you with coping skills to build confidence in yourself through stressful times and to be in control of your emotions. Together, we can help you live through your values to create purpose and direction. We will leave you feeling empowered and feeling like your authentic self.
