I am a Clinical Psychologist specializing in individual and couples therapy, as well as helping people manage daily life stressors. Identifying your personal needs will be important as I believe a collaborative approach ensures best treatment outcomes. I help people better understand how their thoughts and behavior impact their mood, and encourage my clients to incorporate personal values into their daily lives. Strengthening relationships and building support is a key component to much of my therapeutic work. In addition, I am an ally to the lgbtq+ community and infuse a multicultural approach to my therapeutic work.
I believe in a person-centered approach that helps each individual clarify the impact their experiences and relationships have on their daily lives. Through our work together, we will tailor a specific treatment plan that will challenge you to move forward with your life, while identifying supportive steps we need to take to get you there.
