With 26 years of psychotherapy experience addressing personal growth, trauma healing, mental health, gender and sexual orientation, and couples' relationships, my passion for healing and community thrives. My training includes E.R.E. and Resmaa Menakem's Somatic Abolitionism depth work for therapists and coaches (cohort I & II), Wild Writing, art as a healing practice, Brainspotting, EMDR, Feminist Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (with Women's Therapy and Learning Center), Trauma Recovery, Gender and Orientation studies, Jungian Psychotherapy, and Addictions.
I advocate in the community in the areas of LGBTQ+ issues, trauma recovery, mental health, sex trade, racial and oppression healing. I consult, supervise, and coach therapists, leaders, and organizations including the Women's Fund of Omaha, Nebraska Domestic Violence Sexual Assault Coalition, Completely Kids, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Nebraska.
