About
Do you struggle with porn/sex addiction? Are your sexual behaviors out of control? Are you thinking about a change, or are you ready to leap into recovery? You don’t have to do it alone. Accepting that you need help is the first stage of change. I imagine that you may be scared to make a move. You may worry that recovery will be hard and take forever. I hear you, and I understand. This journey can be an emotional ride of fear, shame, and guilt. You most likely deal with anxiety, depression, insomnia, or other emotions or behaviors you are powerless over. Right now, life may feel unmanageable. Things will change soon.
Clients seek me to address compulsive sexual behavior (sex, pornography, soliciting prostitutes, etc.), and to address underlying codependency and trauma issues. Are you sick and tired of being controlled by your addiction? Imagine what it might look like to feel more at ease in your body and have clarity of mind. Therapy can help.
I am available to support you should you want to explore recovery. I honor the space you are in and welcome you to my office for further assistance. You can schedule online today. Note: I am licensed in GA, VA, WA, OR, and FL.
