Able Counseling is strengths-based counseling, identifying strengths from which to build upon. In addition, I aim to meet the client's need for affordable quality mental health and counseling services in beautiful and comfortable setting. I utilize evidenced-based modalities and place an emphasis on personalized recovery, spiritual growth and whole-health.
