I will help you break old patterns, heal from trauma, and navigate overwhelming emotions through a warm, relational, psychodynamic approach. Using IFS and AEDP, we gently explore what’s beneath the surface so you can feel more secure, connected, and empowered in your life and relationships.

I work with individuals ages 12 and up, couples, and groups, addressing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, dissociation, and emotional regulation.I would be honored to support you on this path to healing.
