I am certified to practice Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy to those who have been impacted by a traumatic event or experience. I also practice the Gottman Method for couples counseling and primarily use client-centered therapy or Cognitive Behavioral therapy for children, teens, and adults
