I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing office-based therapy. My practice blends primarily cognitive behavioral approaches to therapy with warmth and genuineness. My specialized training includes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy, which offer insight and skills relevant to many situations.
